Annual Governance and Accountability Review (AGAR) 2019-20
The Annual Governance and Accountability Review (AGAR) 2019-20 constitutes the annual return required to be made by Parish Councils under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 234).
All councils where neither gross receipts nor gross payments exceed £25,000, whether or not they certify as exempt from external audit, must publish on their website the following documents. (Keswick and Intwood Parish Council has certified itself exempt from a limited assurance review under s.9 of the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 184)):

The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, the Local Audit (Smaller Authorities 2015 and the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities require the Parish Council to publish the following documents:

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Reports

The audit has been concluded and the statement of accounts (as approved by external auditors Mazars) is published here. In support of the statement the a copy of the audited bank reconciliation and statement of significant differences is also published.
Local government electors may inspect the accounts (Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014. s.25) by applying to the Parish Clerk at 7 Lindford Drive, Norwich NR4 6LT (Telephone 01603 250639; or e-mail [email protected]). The accounts can be inspected by appointment at any reasonable time.
